1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, standard shipping is free for all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. No minimum purchase is required.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and external factors such as courier delays or holidays.
4. What is the cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) on business days are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
5. Can I return an item?

6. Do you provide prepaid return labels?
Yes. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label by email.
7. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
